With nearly 15 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Halvorson has excelled as owner, design technology strategist, and AEC design technology advocate at 7fold LLC since 2020. He began his career as an athlete at North Dakota State Track & Field from 2010 to 2011. He worked as an architectural intern at BWBR Architects, Inc. in 2013. From 2011 to 2014, he served as a graphics designer and web developer at Blue Phoenix Web Design. He continued at HGA of Rochester, Minnesota, contributing as an architectural intern in 2014.
Mr. Halvorson continued his career at North Dakota State University as a graduate research assistant from 2014 to 2015. He found success as a computational designer and design coordinator at HDR, Inc. from 2015 to 2019 before transitioning to YouTube as a content creator specializing in applied design technology from 2015 to 2020. He was active as computational designer at Martin Bros. from 2019 to 2020. Concurrent to his efforts at 7fold LLC, he garnered a stellar reputation as regional design technology leadoff for the southwest division at Gensler from 2020 to 2023.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Halvorson pursued an education at North Dakota State University where he earned a Bachelor of Architecture in 2014 and a Master of Architecture in 2015. Additionally, he holds a license as a drone pilot. Beyond his primary vocation, he remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to his areas of expertise. He was a member of the American Institute of Architects, Technology in Architectural Practice, and was a founding member of The Hero’s Journey Class for Darren Hardy.
