With many years of experience to his credit, Mr. Stanush has excelled as the co-owner and managing partner with Diamondback Electrical Services since 2020, a company through which he has provided exceptional electrical and wastewater services to the commercial and industrial sectors. Operating across the state of Texas, Diamondback Electrical Services is a locally owned and operated business that employs more than 30 people in its staff, with an expansion into multiple states on the horizon. Prior to these positions, he was active as a foreman and a project manager for a regional industrial and wastewater company. Heavily committed to his community through various civic, nonprofit and religious initiatives over the years, he served as a volunteer firefighter and emergency medical technician before shifting his attention to becoming an electrician apprentice in 2010. Since 2024, Mr. Stanush has been appointed to the school board for the Independent Electrical Contractors Apprenticeship Training School.
To support his professional ambitions, Mr. Stanush pursued an education at Rowan University, from which he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in construction management in 2020. He has additionally obtained his credentials as an emergency medical technician, a journeyman electrician license, a master electrician in Nebraska, Colorado, and Texas, and an electrical contractor through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and the State of Colorado. He also garnered a 30-hour certification through the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Attributing his success to his hard work, his passion for the industry, his valuable insight and guidance regarding strategic planning, and his vast network of contractors and industry professionals, Mr. Stanush hopes to earn a Master of Business Administration in construction management from Texas A&M University while dedicating his spare time to his loving wife and son.
