With nearly 30 years of expertise and experience to his credit, Mr. Genna has excelled as the principal and owner of NXS Creative Group since 2018. Prior to these positions, he was active as the Art Director for Interbrand Brand Consultancy, Design Manager for The Biondo Group, and Creative Director for LAM Design. He previously began his career in branding and packaging working as a designer for Daymon Worldwide private label. As a testament to his stellar efforts in his field, Mr. Genna was notably presented with several Graphic Design USA Awards.
To support his professional ambitions, Mr. Genna pursued an education at the Pratt Institute, from which he graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 1993. Attributing his success to his enthusiasm and his passion for his career as well as the influence of his mentors and role models, he was drawn to his field during his formative years, having been exposed to the fine arts and culture by his art teacher, who later helped him assemble his art school portfolio. Among his many accomplishments, he is incredibly proud to assist smaller brands, entrepreneurial start-ups, and companies that need rejuvenation, guidance, or support in entering the retail market and transforming into more substantial brands. Looking toward the future, Mr. Genna aims to drive his business forward and expand his clientele by networking with other entrepreneurs and building valuable relationships.
