Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Berthiaume pursued an education at Anoka-Ramsey Community College where she earned an associate degree in 2011. She continued her academic efforts at Metropolitan State University, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood, psychology, and disability studies in 2018. She holds a certification as a personal care assistant. Beyond her responsibilities within the field, she has participated in numerous endeavors outside of her professional circles. She volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and hospitals in her area.
In addition to her primary vocation, Ms. Berthiaume remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to her areas of expertise. She was a member of the Minnesota Business Leadership Network, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the Board of Social Workers, and the Board of Occupational Therapy. In light of her impressive undertakings, she has accrued several accolades throughout her career. She was featured in Millennium Magazine and presented with a customer service award and a sales recognition award from JCPenney Portraits by Lifetouch.
