Austin Sukanick, president of Condition One Commercial, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in insurance.
With nearly 20 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Sukanick has excelled as president of Condition One Commercial since 2021. He served in the United States Marine Corps as a sergeant from 2005 to 2011. He worked as a correctional officer at Berks County Prison Society from 2008 to 2010. He held the role of mental health worker at Silver Springs – Martin Luther School from 2012 to 2013. At Nestlé, he contributed as a night shift manager from 2013 to 2016.
Mr. Sukanick continued his career as a sales representative at Bennett Automotive Group from 2018 to 2019 and at Kelly Automotive Group in 2019. He found success as a customer experience manager at Lexus of Lehigh Valley in 2019 before transitioning to the role of combat resolution specialist at Raceway Chevy from 2019 to 2020. He was active as a property inspector at Home Repair Company from 2020 to 2022.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Sukanick pursued an education at Lehigh Carbon Community College. Following his studies, he obtained a HAAG inspector certification. He credits his success to his upbringing and the strong work ethic instilled in him by his father. He also cites the United States Marine Corps for teaching him the importance of being prepared for long days and putting the larger purpose before personal interests.
Mr. Sukanick’s most significant accomplishment was founding Condition One Commercial. He began this company with only $22 in his pocket and his third child on the way. He is most proud of the fact that he has provided his employees with full benefits and salaries. In the immediate future, he intends to expand his business, obtain licensing in various states, and secure government contracts.
