Before embarking on her professional path, she pursued an education at Capella University, where she earned an Executive Master of Business Administration.

Growing up as a woman of color in Englewood, New Jersey, and seeing the struggles that her own mother had to face, particularly when dealing with exclusionary men, she refused to compromise her standards and always stood firm in her beliefs. Notably, Ms. Summers has been ranked among the Top 10 Negotiators in the world, and her clientele has included such stars as Denzel Washington, Spike Lee, Jennifer Lopez, and Lena Waithe.
In the immediate future, Ms. Summers seeks to acquire a dedicated space to convert into a recreation center as well as a senior citizen center to provide education to seniors and after-school kids. She intends to teach filmmaking and legal aspects of the entertainment industry. She aims to continue working towards expanding her brand and series, thereby promoting growth in this field.
