Mr. Jackson transitioned into roles at Bombardier, serving as a flight test aircraft mechanic from 1991 to 1993, a flight test avionic technician from 1993 to 1996, a lead instrumentation technician from 1996 to 1997, and an airframe and powerplant mechanic in 1997. He then moved on to Flexjet as a regional maintenance coordinator from 1998 to 2000 and an aircraft programs technical coordinator from 2000 to 2001. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Jackson worked at PrivatAir as a lead technician, followed by the role of maintenance manager from 2005 to 2006.
Mr. Jackson continued his managerial roles, serving as a senior manager of customer support at Embraer Executive Jets from 2006 to 2015 and later as manager of customer support legacy & lineage until 2020. In 2020, he transitioned to a maintenance manager role at Presidential Aviation, staying until 2021, when he briefly served as a sales associate at Aflac. Subsequently, he became a financial services advisor at AAA – The Auto Club Group from 2021 to 2023. Presently, he serves as an aircraft maintenance technician at Aerotek Contractor, showcasing his extensive experience and dedication to the aviation field for over four decades.
Besides his aviation career, Mr. Jackson has been a minister since 1983, harmonizing his professional life with spiritual service. His accomplishments include contributing to the certification of several aircraft models, including the Bombardier CRJ, Water Bomber 415, Bombardier Challenger 604, and Bombardier Global Express for passenger flight. As a testament to his unwavering commitment to Christian education and the inspiration he provides to others, he was presented with the Man of Valor Award from the Tri-County Christian Bowser Women of South Florida in 2024.
