He began his career as a store manager at Hibbett Sporting Goods from 2001 to 2004. He found success in the role of HVAC technician at Fisher’s Plumbing & Heating from 2004 to 2009.
Mr. Laughlin achieved a significant milestone by advancing from a novice in the industry to becoming the general manager of the New Hampshire facility within four years. Overseeing operations was a delightful experience for him as he excelled in managing people, which is one of his core strengths. His employees describe him as a coach who supports them and sets an excellent example through his own actions. He values the mutual respect he shares with his colleagues.
Mr. Laughlin believes that the opportunities he received played a major role in his success.
