Kevin Williams, global alliance manager at Schneider Electric, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in sales.
With 25 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Williams has excelled at Schneider Electric USA, Inc. as an industrial sales executive from 2018 to 2020, end user automation sales executive from 2020 to 2021, and global alliance manager since 2021. In his role, he utilizes the company’s product portfolio to provide support to his clients, namely, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Hewlett Packard Incorporated. He co-develops, co-markets, and co-sells solutions to a common ecosystem of customers and may start initiatives to promote sustainability in the Asia Pacific region.
Mr. Williams served in the United States Navy from 1999 to 2008. He garnered a stellar reputation aboard the USS John F. Kennedy (CV-67) as a petty officer third class from 1999 to 2002, a petty officer second class from 2002 to 2004, and as a petty officer first class from 2005 to 2008. He continued his career at Johnson Controls as a system technician II from 2008 to 2012. At Mitchell Sales Agency, he established himself as an application engineer from 2013 to 2017 and a business development manager in 2017. He found success as southeast regional sales manager at DSI/Dynamatic in 2018.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Williams pursued an education at Georgia Southern University, where he completed coursework in computer and information systems security and information assurance in 1997. He continued his academic efforts at Strayer University, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management in 2014. He concluded his studies at Kennesaw State University’s Michael J. Coles College of Business, graduating with an Executive Master of Business Administration in 2017.
Beyond his responsibilities within the field, Mr. Williams has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. He has served as an advisor to The Collegiate 100 at Kennesaw State University since 2018. Likewise, he was a member and mentor of 100 Black Men of North Metro Atlanta, Inc. since 2016. In the immediate future, his intentions revolve around the expansion of his mentorship initiatives. Guided by the motto of “What they see is what they’ll be,” as espoused by the 100 Black Men of North Metro Atlanta, Inc., he is determined to enhance his own accomplishments to pave the way for greater opportunities for others.
