Jonathan Baselice, vice president of immigration policy at the United States Chamber of Commerce, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in immigration law.

With 13 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Baselice has excelled with the United States Chamber of Commerce since 2014. There, he served as director of immigration policy from 2014 to 2019, executive director of immigration policy from 2019 to 2021, and vice president of immigration policy since 2021. He began his career working with Pam Bondi’s campaign in 2010. At the Office of United States Senator Marco Rubio, he contributed as a legislative correspondent and senior legislative correspondent in 2011 and as a legislative assistant from 2011 to 2014.

Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Baselice pursued an education at Syracuse University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in economics in 2007. He concluded his studies at the University of Miami School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctorate in 2010. He has been licensed to practice law by the Florida Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.

Beyond his responsibilities within the field, Mr. Baselice has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. He volunteered with the United States Chamber of Commerce and the Knights of Columbus. He served as a member of the advisory board of the Migration Policy Institute, Marian Homes, the Miami-Dade County Republican Executive Committee, and the Republican Party of Florida. He was featured in Millennium Magazine, Top Business, National Public Radio, Bloomberg, the Wall Street Journal, The Portland Press Herald, the Immigration Nerds Podcast, Speaker in Field, and several other podcasts.

In addition to his primary vocation, Mr. Baselice remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to his areas of expertise. He was a member of the Florida Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Republican National Lawyers Association, and the Knights of Columbus. In light of his impressive undertakings, he has accrued several accolades throughout his career. He was named one of the 2019 Top 25 EB-5 Attorneys by EB-5 Investors Magazine.

Mr. Baselice has a vision for the year 2028, in which the immigration laws will undergo significant and positive changes. These changes would enable businesses to more effectively meet their workforce needs while enhancing the nation’s ability to secure itself and its borders. Additionally, the country would still be seen as a welcoming destination for the brightest minds and hard-working individuals with a strong work ethic. He hopes to expand his family by having a few more children as he finds immense joy in being a devoted father and cherishes every moment spent with his loved ones.
