Subsequently, he assumed roles of increasing responsibility, including vice president positions at Johnson Polymer and Reichhold, overseeing global technology initiatives. In 2005, Mr. Moukwa took on the role of president and chief executive officer at Innovation Tipping Point. His contributions extended to Asia, where he served as vice president of Technology at Asian Paints from 2006 to 2013. Mr. Moukwa chaired the Technical Committee at Nova Paint Club from 2011 to 2013, solidifying his influence in industry collaborations. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to independent consulting in new products and business development from 2013 to 2014.
The subsequent years saw Mr. Moukwa in key positions such as director of technology at PolyOne from 2014 to 2017 and chief of global research and development at PCBL Limited from 2018 to 2023.
