He also remains deeply committed to continuous learning, working tirelessly as a consultant and collaborating with SIRIS USA on diverse projects spanning the federal government and private sectors.

Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Armando has remained steadfast in his dedication to education and mentorship. He has drawn inspiration from his father’s wisdom and his own experiences as a high school science teacher.
