Mr. Casarella, with a career spanning over a decade in the aviation industry, has emerged as a prominent figure renowned for his leadership and expertise in aircraft management. With a Bachelor of Science in aviation and aircraft management from Everglades University earned in 2018, coupled with certifications as a professional pilot from Aviator College of Aeronautical Science & Technology in 2014 and airline transport pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration, he brings with him a robust academic foundation and specialized training.

His journey commenced with a role as an instructor at American Gymnastics from 2004 to 2010, where he honed his skills in instruction and leadership. Following this, he ventured into the aviation sector, serving as a crew chief and lead environmental coordinator at American Eagle Airlines from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, he transitioned to a role as a recruiter and school representative at Aviator College of Aeronautical Science and Technology, where he played a pivotal role in recruiting aspiring aviation professionals and representing the school’s interests.

Mr. Casarella then embarked on his pilot career, serving successively with Sun Air International from 2014 to 2015, followed by a brief stint as a pilot at Ameriflight LLC, in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, in 2015. Continuing his ascent in the aviation industry, he assumed the role of captain air at Monarch Air from 2016 to 2019, where he demonstrated his expertise in piloting and aircraft management. He further enhanced his skills as an assistant chief pilot at Corporate Flight Management Group (CFMG) from 2016 to 2020, where he played a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations and coordinating with maintenance teams.

In 2019, Mr. Casarella took on the position of lead captain at Silver Air Private Jets, where he continued to excel in piloting and leadership. Concurrently, he served as the executive vice president at CFMG from 2020 to the present, where he has been instrumental in overseeing financial matters and regulatory compliance. In the same year, he assumed the role of Chief Pilot at CFMG, further solidifying his leadership position within the company.

Expanding his horizons, Mr. Casarella founded Volare Aviation Services in 2020, a venture dedicated to providing trip support and charter brokerage services for aviation travel. His entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to excellence have positioned him as a respected figure in the aviation sector.

With aspirations to secure board membership within the Love Field Pilots Association (LFPA) and a commitment to industry standards demonstrated by membership in the National Business Aviation Association since 2021, Mr. Casarella remains dedicated to advancing his career and contributing to the growth and innovation of the aviation industry. Beyond his professional endeavors, he finds fulfillment in his personal life and his commitment to family and community.
