He also served as director of business development and sales for the Americas & Oceania at Bango from 2020 to 2022, further establishing his expertise in international operations and strategic partnerships.

Mr. McCray’s entrepreneurial spirit was evident when he founded ROI Consulting Solutions in 2018, a venture that showcased his ability to drive business growth through innovative strategies. His tenure as the director of global business development and general manager for Brazil at Patriot Memory from 2015 to 2018 allowed him to significantly impact the tech and entertainment sectors. Notably, his work led to Patriot becoming the first studio sponsor of the ESL Brazil Premier League.

As the chief executive officer and co-founder of BUZZSHOW.tv from 2014 to 2015 and earlier as the marketing director for the Worldwide Entertainment Segment at Intel Corporation from 2008 to 2014, Mr. McCray was pivotal in tripling Intel’s revenue in the entertainment industry from $2 billion to $6 billion annually. This extraordinary achievement earned him the Intel Achievement Award.

Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. McCray pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in computer science at San Jose State University. His foundational knowledge was further enhanced by a Course Certificate in Gamification from Coursera in 2013, and certifications in Business Project Management and Master Executive Project Management from the University of California, Berkeley.

Beyond his responsibilities within the field, Mr. McCray has been a mentor and volunteer, contributing his expertise to the Innovation Group at Estácio in Brazil from 2014 to 2019 and participating in various initiatives within the gaming and eSports industries. His dedication to sharing his knowledge is also evident in his past volunteer work, teaching children about skills, business, and the economy.

Mr. McCray’s accolades include the Intel Achievement Award and recognition as one of the Business North Carolina Legal Elite. He was also honored with 10 awards over 10 years at Intel, highlighting his consistent performance and innovation.
