He also co-founded and has served as chief executive officer of Rearview Pictures since 2022, where he leads the company in producing impactful visual content.
Previously, Dr. Briggs founded and continues to lead PMP Energy, MDX Labs, American Energy and Solar, and PMP Mobility, holding the titles of president and chief executive officer since 2019 and 2020 respectively. His entrepreneurial journey also includes co-founding EOS Linx in 2020, where he continues to play a crucial role. His leadership tenure includes serving as president and chief executive officer at Pegasus Group Holdings from 2019 to 2020, and as the founder, president, and chief executive officer of Plus Minus Power during the same period.
In addition to these roles, Dr. Briggs was president of DC Solar Freedom from 2018 to 2019 and previously held the position of vice president of corporate development at DC Solar Freedom from 2017 to 2018. His career began with significant roles in the hospitality industry, including executive director of national marketing and director of national marketing at MGM Resorts International from 2014 to 2017. Beyond his executive roles, he contributes as chairman of Rearview Pictures, a founding board member of EOS Linx, and has served on the executive boards of MDX Labs and Pegasus Group Holdings.
Before embarking on his professional path, Dr. Briggs pursued an education at Pepperdine University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science in 2002. He continued his academic efforts at Stanford University, obtaining a Master of Arts in Russian, East European, and Eurasian studies in 2003. He then earned a Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2005. He concluded his studies with a PhD in Public Health from the University of Northwestern Ohio in 2023, where he also earned a Doctor of Laws.
Beyond his responsibilities within the field, Dr. Briggs has participated in various civic and community initiatives. He has contributed as the founder, chief executive officer, and chairman of The Neighborhood Clinic since 2022. He has also served as a member of the board of trustees at the University of Northwestern Ohio since 2022 and a member of the board of directors for Las Vegas HEALS since 2021.
Additionally, Dr. Briggs has been a member of the board of advisors at NeoVolta Inc. since 2020 and was a board member for the Mohave County, La Paz Workforce Development Board in 2020. He served on the board of directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Nevada from 2017 to 2022 and worked as a Big Brother from 2009 to 2012. He also found success with his involvement in politics as the principal for the Committee to Elect Dan Briggs to the Nevada State Assembly in 2008
In light of his impressive undertakings, Dr. Briggs has accrued several accolades throughout his career. He was recognized as Healthcare Provider of the Year by the State of Nevada in 2023. He was also presented with the Best Place to Work Award by the State of Nevada in the same year.
Dr. Briggs credits his success to his proactive approach and fearlessness in trying new things. His mother instilled in him the belief that it’s okay to fail and explore uncharted territories. His wife has been his biggest supporter, providing constant motivation and strength. He is driven by the desire to make the world a better place, not by financial rewards. A life-threatening brain surgery at 21 gave him a new perspective and the courage to pursue his dreams without fear. He feels blessed and believes his survival has freed him from the usual constraints that hold people back.
Dr. Briggs takes immense pride in the work being done at Auragen, where the positive impact on patients’ lives stands as the most significant highlight of his career. The team’s efforts have resulted in remarkable transformations, with patients often expressing profound gratitude after regaining their quality of life. He is dedicated to protecting and expanding this mission, believing that the groundbreaking work at Auragen should be recognized and demanded across the U.S.
Looking ahead, Dr. Briggs envisions seeing significant advancements in health care over the next five years. He aims to expand access to medicine in the US, develop better treatment methodologies, and reduce medical intervention side effects. He actively advocates for healthcare reform, engaging with industry leaders to challenge unethical practices. Recognized for his efforts to improve health care in Nevada, he plans to continue his mission to ensure equitable access to quality health care for all.
