Mr. Hirst attributes his success to the strong work ethic instilled in him by his father and the guidance he received from exceptional instructors throughout his career. Reflecting on his professional journey, he became involved in the industry in 1986 when a friend founded Intermountain Business Forms. After a decade of operation, he joined the company and played a crucial role in diversifying its offerings to better serve its client base. Today, the company has evolved into Interform, where his leadership has led the company to establish itself as a formidable presence in the industry. In giving advice to aspiring professionals, he emphasizes that listening more than speaking is key.

In the coming years, Mr. Hirst is committed to continuing to provide exceptional services and prioritizing the well-being of his customers. He aspires to foster an environment where employees feel they “get to” go to work, appreciating their ability to earn income, provide for their families, and grow personally and professionally. He also aims to instill these work habits in his children as they grow and pursue their education, looking forward to witnessing their achievements and supporting them in navigating life’s challenges.
