With nearly 20 years of experience, Ms. Tucker currently heads two companies that she created: God Over Everything Team (GOETeam) Consulting, which she founded in 2022, and Operation Build, Enhance, Care (BEC) Incorporated, a nonprofit she launched in 2009. At GOETeam Consulting, she offers her marketing and advertising guidance to promote other brands, both in the U.S. and internationally. In this role, Ms. Tucker has supported businesses in health care, construction, plumbing and manufacturing. She offers similar services at Operation BEC but in support of other nonprofit organizations and initiatives, such as fundraising, clothing drives and feeding the homeless. Prior to establishing GOETeam, Ms. Tucker gained experience in consulting as an estimator for Walbridge. She proved adept at organizing complex ventures early in her career, accepting the positions of manager and project coordinator at Breakthrough Developers Inc. in 2006.
A strong academic background provides the foundation for Ms. Tucker’s success. She earned a Master of Architecture from Hampton University in 2008, followed by a master’s degree in construction engineering management from Lawrence Technological University in 2011. Ms. Tucker employs her architecture and construction education, as well as her knowledge from growing up with a father in the construction industry, to aid her consulting endeavors. She prides herself on mixing her faith with her professional life and facilitating meaningful growth for her clients.
Outside of her career, Ms. Tucker is a devoted wife and mother to one child, who she describes as her “miracle baby.” Looking ahead, she is pursuing ambitious plans to help a wider range of individual and business clients alike. Ms. Tucker also intends to begin self-publishing her writing, including fiction and a memoir about her journey as a two-time cancer survivor. She hopes to inspire people with her story and provide them with the tools to change how they generate income.
