He is currently the chief executive officer and president of Hard Time Products, roles he has held since 2020. Hard Time Products provides institutional supplies to correctional, detention, educational, medical, and hospitality sectors. His responsibilities include searching for new products and skills, sourcing and negotiating prices with vendors, distributing wholesale to jails and correctional facilities, and maintaining commissary services that cater to the inmates’ needs. Additionally, he controls the pricing and marketing of the company’s offerings. As the chief executive officer, he manages all day-to-day operations, delegates sales management to a select team, retains oversight over the entire company, and directly manages all officers. Additional work experience includes being the founder of Store Call and Big Time Products LLC, where he served for 13 years. Other roles include 20 years as the chief executive officer of Big Time Products LLC, 20 years as president of Home Depot’s West Coast Division, and regional manager for seven years at W.R. Grace & Co. He also served in the United States Air Force. 

In light of his impressive undertakings, Mr. Pierce was recognized with the National Leadership Award in 2006, America’s Fastest Growing Company by Forbes, and Vendor of the Year by Home Depot. Additionally, he was appointed by Georgia Governor Brian Kemp to the Georgia Department of Economic Development Board as a representative of District 14. He also donates to the Environmental Foundation for Development, Battlefield Ministries, and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Reflecting on his career, he takes great pride in leading Home Depot to its current position as the second-largest retailer globally. He attributes his success to employing those he can learn from and whose knowledge surpasses his own, enabling him to remain receptive to new perspectives, ideas, and knowledge. Looking ahead, he is focused on expanding his company and catering to and mentoring the younger generation he employs, with the goal of eventually handing over the reins.
