Jere Cullen, MBA/HCM, MAE/AET, principal client success executive at ADP Inc., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in human capital management.

Having spent more than 25 years in her field, Ms. Cullen now holds the position of principal client success executive at ADP Inc. She started in an entry-level role with the company in 2017 and has been promoted multiple times to her current spot. Ms. Cullen’s day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating directly with ADP’s sales partners to build successful strategies based on each client’s critical business needs. She works both to retain existing clients and to bring in new business, including large national accounts. Ms. Cullen is currently in charge of nearly 20 clients in total. Despite a long and varied career, she considers ADP to be the best and most engaging job she has ever had.

Prior to joining ADP, Ms. Cullen served as a senior enrollment adviser at the University of Phoenix. She established her leadership abilities as a Vision Center manager at Walmart and showcased her ability to meet the needs of a diverse group of clients while working as a broker with Prudential Professional Realtor from 1999 to 2003. Ms. Cullen contributed as the dean of academic affairs for IntelliTec Medical Institute for several years and as a car salesperson for one year.

In her early career, Ms. Cullen held numerous roles as a laboratory technologist, eventually progressing into management and a director of acquisition position. She decided to explore new professional opportunities when she was forced to move due to circumstances outside her control. Her willingness to jump into new endeavors without giving up is a testament to the guidance of her mother, whose first book recommendation to Ms. Cullen was “The Power of Positive Thinking.”

As part of her transition between careers, Ms. Cullen pursued a deeper academic foundation. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University in 2007. While working with the University of Phoenix, Ms. Cullen earned a Master of Business Administration in business and human resource management and a master’s degree in adult education and training from that institution. She has further bolstered her credentials with certifications in health information systems, human capital management, project management, human capital strategy and customer success.

Ms. Cullen’s accomplishments have been recognized with numerous accolades. She received the Greatness Award in 2023 and is a three-time recipient of the Superstar Award. In addition to the support of her mother, Ms. Cullen credits her success to the leadership skills she has built up through her extensive life experience and her passion for helping people. She believes that her expertise across five distinct career paths — working in management roles in each — has provided her with a unique perspective and an abundance of knowledge that is able to be utilized across different fields.

A volunteer within her local community, Ms. Cullen has assisted in medical mission trips for Developing Workers and in packing meals for Feed My Starving Children. She maintains membership in several civic groups, including Junior Achievement USA and ADP’s internal mentor program. Ms. Cullen has also been recruited to provide insight for multiple task forces within companies that have employed her.

Beyond her extensive professional life, Ms. Cullen finds joy through horseback riding, reading, gardening, shopping, healthy cooking, making jewelry and spending time with her pets: three cats and one dog. Despite entering her 70s, she has no immediate plans to retire, as she enjoys the work she is doing and remains energetic and passionate. Looking ahead, Ms. Cullen plans to refine ADP’s business process, with a particular eye toward streamlining the organization’s onboarding procedures. As part of a massive company that employs more than 60,000 people, she has every intention to make a positive impact on the lives of everyone she works with currently and in the future.
