He was also a principal consultant and digital transformation leader at Cognizant Digital Business at Cognizant Technology Solutions, working in Washington, DC, New York, NY, and Chennai, India, from 2012 to 2018, digital engagement manager at Photon in Chennai, India, from 2009 to 2012, and business systems analyst at Tech Mahindra in Chennai, India, from 2007 to 2009. He also served as the head of a strategic contactless fueling experience for the world’s largest convenience store chain, aimed at controlling the spread of COVID-19, where he implemented contactless payments through mobile fuel pay and voice-based pump authorization. Additionally, he dedicates his time as a volunteer with The Humane Society of the United States, supports various Indian nonprofit organizations, and serves as a mentor for community organizations.

Laying a solid educational foundation for his future success, he earned a Bachelor of Engineering in mechanical engineering from Misrimal Navajee Munoth Jain Engineering College in 2007, a postgraduate diploma in customer relationship management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning in 2010 and holds certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner and Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance, as well as a certification as a Java Professional. He attributes his success to persistence, learning from failures, and maintaining a go-getter attitude.
