Drawing on more than 15 years of professional experience, Ms. Ghabious Khirs founded FACTS Pro Corp in 2023. As a tax and financial strategist at this business, she works with a range of clients to educate them about their tax situation and to help them plan ahead to make smart tax and financial decisions that affect their well-being and their families. Before opening her own company, Ms. Ghabious Khirs gained experience in a variety of roles at Evo Payments Inc., and other CPA firms. Ms. Ghabious Khirs’ career in finance started as a junior external auditor at Deloitte in 2011. Her early career also includes time as an intern and bank clerk at Banque Misr in her home country of Egypt.
Ms. Ghabious Khirs’ accomplishments were made possible in part due to her strong academic foundation. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Ain Shams University, Egypt, in 2010. In 2017, Ms. Ghabious Khirs returned to school, earning a Master of Business Administration at Touro University Worldwide. She is licensed as a financial advisor through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and as a life and health insurance broker in New York. Additionally, Ms. Ghabious Khirs has completed certifications as a management accountant and as a public accountant through the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy. Ms. Ghabious Khirs attributes her success to her spiritual dependence on God who helped her in many ways along her career journey, and also, to her supportive family who was always there for her during tough times, and finally to her unwavering commitment and determination always pushing herself out of her comfort zone.
Noted for her contributions to her community beyond her career, Ms. Ghabious Khirs is a volunteer teacher for Sunday school at a local church and has offered accounting services to nonprofit organizations such as Care 4 Needy Copts and St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church. Outside of her career, she enjoys going to church, reading, traveling, walking, watching movies, and spending time with her extended family. Ms. Ghabious Khirs is now focused on expanding FACTS Pro Corp. She hopes to increase the company’s visibility to the point that she can eventually establish multiple branches. Ms. Ghabious Khirs would like her business to have physical locations outside of her home, and she intends to hire more employees soon.
