He joined The Payroll Company in 2013, at a time when the company needed more representation in the Little Rock Central market. He embraced the challenge of establishing the Central Arkansas market, setting up an office, and building a team of professionals to process payroll from Little Rock. His experience also includes serving as a partner at The Payroll Company from 2020, technical support at ABC Financial Services from 2012 to 2013, account executive at Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP from 2010 to 2011, and an internship at Conway Corporation in 2009.
Additionally, Mr. Polk is a member of the Human Resources Association, the Lone Oak Chamber of Commerce, the Economic Development Committee for the City of Lone Oak, and the Planning Commission for the City of Lone Oak. He also dedicated his time as an ambassador at the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce from 2014 to 2015, a mentor for elementary students at Ida Burns Elementary School in 2010, and supports nonprofit organizations by sponsoring events. Laying a solid educational foundation for these successes, he earned a Bachelor of Science in public relations with a minor in marketing from the University of Central Arkansas in 2010 and holds an insurance license.
