A native of India, Mr. Sajja pursued higher education at Osmania University, from which he earned a Master of Science in business administration and management. With this solid educational foundation, he subsequently relocated to the United States in 1988 with a vision for his future based on his experiences as an immigrant. Mr. Sajja is particularly proud to have built a company from the ground up, enabling small and medium businesses to achieve digital transformation, a cornerstone of his work.
In 1998, Mr. Sajja founded Paramount Software Solutions, an information technology consulting company. As president of Paramount Software Solutions, his leadership helped the firm thrive as he helped expand the business into an efficient team of 300 employees and furthered their reach to small gated businesses. In this position, he also played a critical role in the digital transformation of small and medium enterprises, helping them remain competitive in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. Mr. Sajja is likewise grateful for the hard work of his employees, which supports his ability to adapt strategically to changing conditions in his field.
Having experienced the challenges of starting a business in a foreign country firsthand, Mr. Sajja has dedicated himself to helping other immigrants follow a similar path. Notably, he has provided temporary work visas and helped hundreds of immigrants secure steady employment and green cards, enabling them to pursue their aspirations. His efforts have helped countless individuals transition to life in the United States and contribute to the nation’s economy.
In 2022, Mr. Sajja expanded his entrepreneurial interests by becoming president of Farm To Plate, a company expertly operating in the food technology industry. While still maintaining his leadership role at Paramount Software Solutions, he has been guiding Farm To Plate in its mission to innovate in the food technology sector. His dual roles as an executive in two vastly different companies demonstrate his versatility as both a leader and entrepreneur.
In addition to his primary responsibilities, Mr. Sajja has made significant contributions to his community through his involvement in various civic and charitable endeavors. He is an active member of Vibha, Sewa International, the Spectrum Autism Support Group, and Access Life America. His stellar business acumen and leadership have also earned him appointments on multiple influential boards and councils, including the Board of Advisors of the Atlanta CEO Council, the Technology Association of Georgia, and TiE Atlanta.
Mr. Sajja’s contributions to the business world have not gone unnoticed, having been honored as a Titan 100 in 2023 and 2024, a prestigious recognition given to top business leaders in the Atlanta area. Additionally, he was celebrated as a finalist for the Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2024, a testament to his innovative spirit and dedication to his companies’ growth.
