Chelsea Kiehler, CFA, vice president of Senior Market Sales and Retirement Planning Center, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in finance.
With nearly two and a half decades of experience, Ms. Kiehler has established a successful career in finance, specializing in strategic planning, leadership, portfolio construction, and investment selection. Since 2023, she has served as vice president at Senior Market Sales, where she leads the newly developed Retirement Planning Center. In this role, she designs and implements innovative financial programs tailored to clients across the U.S., from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Her seminars cover essential topics such as finance basics, crypto, cannabis, and NFTs, bringing complex financial concepts to life. To ensure seamless program execution, she coordinates with brokers, consultants, and group benefit producers. With clients spanning New York to California, she manages the program’s reach across manufacturing, hospitality, and healthcare industries.
Ms. Kiehler’s experience includes 11 years as a senior investment manager with Merrill at Bank of America from 2012 to 2023, where she gained deep expertise in asset management and consulting. She also served as a consulting group analyst at Morgan Stanley from 2009 to 2012, strengthening her analytical and investment skills. As owner of Dynamics from 2006 to 2011, she learned the complexities of business ownership firsthand. Additional roles included account representative at RJ Young from 2008 to 2009 and business director in human resources at WCYR from 2000 to 2006. Additionally, she is active with the CFA Institute and the CFA Society Atlanta, networking with finance professionals and staying current in the field. Her charitable involvement includes volunteering with BEATS Inc., supporting local charities, and contributing to animal-focused initiatives.
Ms. Kiehler laid a strong educational foundation, including a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in biology from Cumberland University in 2004, a certificate in human resource management from Aquinas College in 2005, and a Master of Business Administration focused on finance from Cumberland University in 2009. Achieving her CFA certification while raising young children is one of her proudest accomplishments. In the coming years, she is committed to expanding the Retirement Planning Center and strengthening her personal brand to make a broader impact. She plans to build a robust framework to share her financial expertise widely. Her ultimate goal is to take on a chief executive officer role within the next decade.
