He began his career at Assurance Mutuelle des Motards as an IT project manager from 1997 to 2000, following a role as software engineer and architect at Inforsud from 1989 to 1997. He also serves on the board of Arcad Software, was president of the Organization of Young People from Villeneuve, France, from 1986 to 1987, and board member at Assurance Mutuelle Des Motards.
Reflecting on his path, Mr. Codinach takes great pride in the impactful projects and operational improvements throughout his career. From 2012 to 2013, at Assurance Mutuelle des Motards, he evolved the business model and expanded territorial coverage while simplifying and harmonizing insurance operational processes. In 2014, he contributed to research at Campus Lab on social value creation, aiding in the development of an alternative metric for measuring wealth, and in 2016, as project director at Arcad Software, he led the creation of an innovative modernization software, achieving successful implementations with the first two clients. Between 2017 and 2018, he oversaw the selection and implementation of a new ERP for business management. From 2019 to 2021, he restructured Arcad’s U.S. team, returning the division to profitability, and in 2023, he directed Arcad’s expansion efforts in Latin America.
Mr. Codinach attributes his success to a strong work ethic, sociability, and a continuous commitment to professional growth.
