Tracy Randle, Wealth Adviser at Oceanfront Financial Partners, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in finance.
With nearly three and a half decades of experience in financial services, Ms. Randle has built a distinguished career specializing in financial planning. She currently serves as a wealth adviser with Oceanfront Financial Partners, a role she has held since 2024. Oceanfront Financial Partners is an independent financial advisory firm focused on developing personalized investment plans that align with clients’ long-term goals and risk tolerance. In her role, she is responsible for helping clients achieve their retirement and financial objectives by crafting tailored financial plans and investment strategies, leveraging a variety of investments to meet their goals. Her prior experience includes roles as a financial adviser at Wells Fargo Advisors from 2017 to 2024, SunTrust Investment Services from 1996 to 2017, and First Investors. Additionally, she is actively involved with the Howard University Alumni Association, established to foster connections among graduates and to support the university’s mission and growth, and supports There Goes My Hero, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting and saving the lives of those affected by blood cancer.
In light of her impressive undertakings, Ms. Randle has been recognized as a top performer and multiple award recipient at SunTrust Investment Services, where she was consistently ranked among the top advisers in her area. She laid a strong educational foundation with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Howard University in 1990 and earned the designation of Retirement Income Certified Professional, a specialized designation for financial professionals who complete advanced coursework in retirement income planning, from The American College of Financial Services in 2021. Reflecting on her path, she is deeply committed to helping her clients create lasting legacies. The untimely passing of her father during her college years and her mother’s subsequent entry into the workforce inspired her to pursue financial independence, leading her to explore investments and ultimately find her professional calling.
Ms. Randle takes great pride in her 33 years in the financial industry and the meaningful relationships she has built with her clients, recognizing that the trust and connections she has fostered are central to her continued success. Her transition to a bank adviser role taught her the importance of building genuine relationships, a lesson that has proven invaluable in her approach to client service. She attributes her success to her consistency and her dedication to educating her community on financial matters. Looking to the future, she aims to expand her business by hiring and mentoring junior advisers, helping them to establish a foothold in the industry. Her goal is to grow her practice to a point where she can confidently delegate part of her client portfolio to a well-trained junior broker. She ultimately envisions a seminar-based mentorship model to educate and guide new professionals entering her field. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two children.
