Leveraging her former success at Sarus as a recruiter, beginning in 2004, and as a financial analyst at Air Liquide from 2004 to 2007, she ultimately chose to pivot and establish her own staffing firm in Houston. Despite initial setbacks as a new business owner, Ms. Warden joined the Minority Business Development Agency and the Women Business Owners Association, which was instrumental in her ability to grow the business substantially. Today, Ms. Warden’s highly successful recruiting firm continues to focus on partnering with clients and securing top talent for organizations while remaining steadfast about quality customer service.
Throughout her career as an entrepreneur, Ms. Warden has secured numerous top-tier clients, such as Exxon Mobil and the federal government. Serving clients throughout more than 15 states, she has been the driving force behind assisting individuals, particularly those residing in rural areas, to secure positions. Consequently, Global Force USA has grown significantly into a $5 million company employing over 250 individuals.
Ms. Warden received a Bachelor of Science in business and finance from the University of Houston and her company has become certified by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council since 2010. Besides her education, she is active in the Business Enterprise National Council, the National Minority Supplier Development Council and the Houston Minority Supplier Development Council. In light of her success, Ms. Warden has been featured in the Houston Business Journal and was a four-time recipient of its Fast 100 Award. In 2024, she also received a President’s Silver and Bronze Volunteer Service Awards as a Pakistani American immigrant from The White House.
