Travis Womack, owner of Womack Career Coaching & Consulting, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in executive coaching.

Mr. Womack has established a successful career in consulting services, excelling as the owner and executive coach at Womack Career Coaching & Consulting LLC (Womack C3), established in 2020. Through Womack C3, he offers a wide range of services, including executive coaching, mediation, arbitration, and running a podcast for veterans. His experience also includes serving as warehouse manager for merchandise at the Dallas Mavericks from 2000 to 2003, tour director at Texas Motor Speedway from 1999 to 2000, and warehouse manager at Classroom Phonics from 1995 to 1998. He also dedicated over 20 years of service to the U.S. Army, holding roles such as talent management task force member for strategic communications from 2019 to 2023 and company commander for the 3d Infantry Regiment, “The Old Guard,” from 2017 to 2018. His military journey began as an airborne infantryman in the 1/325 Airborne Infantry Regiment in 2003 and spanned leadership roles in logistics, operations, and training.

Laying a solid educational foundation, Mr. Womack earned a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Post University in 2010 and a Master of Business Administration from the same university in 2018. He also completed coursework at the University of North Texas. He also holds numerous certifications, including certified coach from Coach Training EDU, basic and advanced family and child custody mediation from Manousso Mediation & Arbitration LLC, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Veterans Transition Support. He has also served as a board member for the Lead Now Initiative since 2020, a marketing volunteer for Loyal Drums since 2021, and contributing to special needs programs like swimming at the Lawton Family YMCA and horse-riding therapy at Giddy-Up n’ Go from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, he is the founder and host of the podcast “So There I Was…” since 2022, providing a platform for veterans to share their experiences and connect.

Reflecting on his path, Mr. Womack credits his tenure in the Army for equipping him with valuable leadership skills that are transferable to any business environment. He also believes it instilled in him the understanding that everyone has a crucial role to play, regardless of their position or level of authority. The loss of a close friend to suicide in 2014 also deeply affected him, motivating him to create his podcast, which serves as a vital space for veterans to find camaraderie, laughter, and healing while addressing issues like suicide prevention. He attributes his success to his natural ability to connect with people, a skill that has been central to his career and personal relationships.

Having been described as someone who “never met a stranger,” Mr. Womack prioritizes creating genuine connections, whether through his consulting work, podcast, or volunteer efforts. In the coming years, he aims to further expand the positive impact of his company, focusing on resolving disputes amicably, supporting individuals and families, and using his resources to better lives. In advising aspiring professionals, he emphasizes the importance of effective communication and teamwork in achieving common goals, highlighting the necessity of building strong teams and fostering a collaborative culture where individual differences are valued and leveraged.
