Lola Eniolorunda, MBA, chief problem solver at Exequi, chief operating officer of VG Platform, and partner of advisory, scaling, and operations at Seedle Partners, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in technology.
Ms. Eniolorunda is lauded for her expertise, having served in various positions over the past few years. In 2020, she became a partner in advisory, scaling and operations at Seedle Partners, a venture capital and private equity firm. One year later, she took the role of chief operating officer at VGPlatform, an information technology services and consulting firm. Based in Austin, Texas, she has successfully led the new market expansion and established her firm’s office in the U.S. and Canada. Aside from these two ventures, Ms. Eniolorunda launched Exequi in Austin in 2024 as its chief problem solver, connecting visionary ideas with impactful software.
Recognizing the importance of collaboration, Ms. Eniolorunda focuses heavily on building strategic partnerships and quickly establishing trust. Her proactive approach has garnered her much success, particularly at VGPlatform. As such, she was able to roll out a new digital product called Metal Finance (now Fleap Finance), a digital bank, into the U.S. markets in less than a year after initially developing it in Dubai and Africa. Ms. Eniolorunda’s approach notably led to a significant cash flow, positioning the digital bank for sustained success.
Before her present ventures, Ms. Eniolorunda co-founded Hacer Leaders in 2019, a platform that connects experienced global professionals with young and talented students across African universities. She led the company until 2021. Among other noteworthy opportunities, Ms. Eniolorunda co-founded and served as the lead analyst for Trigait Consulting Limited early on in her career between 2009 and 2010. She also held multiple roles with the technology company Venture Garden Group from 2010 to 2020, advancing from a team lead and project manager to chief operating officer responsible for $20 million in recurring revenue.
Highly educated, Ms. Eniolorunda received a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University in Ilesa, Nigeria, in 2007 and a Master of Business Administration in strategic planning from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburg, Scotland, in 2017. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, she interned with Chevron Corporation in 2006. In addition to her degrees, Ms. Eniolorunda holds numerous professional credentials, including certification as a Lean Six Sigma green belt, as an Agile certified product manager product owner through the Association of International Product Marketing and Management, and designation as a certified Scrum production owner through Scrum Alliance Inc.
As part of her continued commitments to her industry, Ms. Eniolorunda is active with various professional organizations. She became a mentor for the Founder Institute in 2021, a member of CHIEF in 2022, and an official member of the Forbes Business Council in 2024.
Apart from her professional affiliations, Ms. Eniolorunda has been highly engaged with several local organizations and institutions, where she continues to give back her time. Since 2021, she has served as a strategy consultant for Compass Pro Bono. She has also been instrumental as the vice president of JV careers and alums relations in the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University since 2022, after previously serving as a consultant for the school’s joint ventures career program. Additionally, Ms. Eniolorunda has been a Red Clay Dance Company board member since 2023.
As a testament to her hard work and dedication, Ms. Eniolorunda was recognized as a Top 10 Visionary Leader, and her business was among the Top 100 Companies to Work For. She was also a 2024 finalist for an accolade by the Forbes Business Council. Ms. Eniolorunda credits her accomplishments to her values, courage as she faces challenges and the realization that she can overcome any problem that comes her way so long as she believes in herself and her capabilities.
