With two decades of experience, Mr. Kesarwani has established a successful career in information technology, specializing in private, hybrid, and public cloud, digital transformation journeys, telecommunications, and modernizing IT landscapes across various industries. Since 2015, he has served as an enterprise architect at HCL Technologies Limited, where he is responsible for driving sales, acquiring new customers, and collaborating with them to assess and transform their IT frameworks. He reviews customer IT landscapes, identifies challenges, and delivers solutions to improve operational efficiency and cost management while guiding clients through their digital transformation journeys. His previous roles at HCL include senior consultant from 2005 to 2015, solution architect, and architect. He also dedicates his time as a member of the Center of Excellence.
Laying an educational foundation, Mr. Kesarwani completed an Integrated Science Curriculum in science from St. Joseph’s College, Allahabad, in 2003, a bachelor’s degree in humanities and economics from the University of Allahabad in 2006, and a Master of Business Administration in international business from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, in 2009. He has pursued further studies, earning certifications including certified Kubernetes administrator, Microsoft Azure administrator associate, AWS certified solution architect associate, and VMware certified professional in data center virtualization. Additionally, he has completed programs such as the Leaders in Action program from Harvard University, AI and machine learning from the University of Texas at Austin, and the TOGAF certification program.
Reflecting on his path, Mr. Kesarwani takes great pride in leading the migration of 5,000 workloads and 2,000 applications to a private cloud for a hotel industry client, achieving zero downtime during a complex transition. Overcoming challenges such as a reluctant provider and segmented data networks, he introduced a cloud management platform to streamline the process, earning the customer’s prestigious Diamond Award. He attributes his success to hard work, passion, and living with purpose and positive energy. Looking to the future, he is eager to launch his own startup focused on creating a cost-effective educational platform leveraging technology, channeling his expertise and dedication into building a transformative business.
