She also excelled at PatientPoint®, where she rose from an installation coordinator in 2016 to program manager of digital transformation. Basing much of her success on various mentors and her education, she has become a respected expert in organizational development, talent management and management consulting. Ms. Wallace graduated from Flagler College in Saint Augustine, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in sociology and advertising in 2005. She also holds several professional credentials from the Project Management Institute (PMI) Inc. and certification as a change practitioner through Prosci Inc.
Beyond her primary career endeavors, Ms. Wallace is a member of PMI. She has also had the opportunity to serve as a speaker at the Project to Product Summit.
