Pro-Vac specializes in environmental services through the delivery of subsurface solutions to support the maintenance and construction of local communities and their infrastructure. Initially affiliated with the organization in 2010 as the company’s project manager, estimator, senior representative and CCTV inspection division manager before taking it over, Mr. Gill has successfully grown the business from $25 million in revenue and approximately 70 employees to nearly $200 million in revenue with over 700 employees. Initially based in the Puget Sound region of Western Washington, Pro-Vac has expanded to Texas, the Southwest, Virginia and Colorado, growing from a single location to over a dozen branches and several satellite yards.
Entering the industry in 2008 as a project manager at Metropolitan Real Estate Development, Mr. Gill subsequently garnered success as a project manager at New Care Construction in 2009 and DG & Associates from 2009 to 2010. His expertise in M&A integration and operational efficiencies have been instrumental in his success in the environmental business. A graduate of the University of Washington, Mr. Gill received a Bachelor of Arts in land use and city planning in 2007, followed by a Master of Business Administration from the University of California Los Angeles in 2022.
Adamant about the importance of giving back to his community, Mr. Gill has volunteered with various charities, including Habitat for Humanity, Seattle Humane, the Forthrider Foundation of Seattle and the Seattle Fire Department. Professionally, he has earned recognition in the Puget Sound Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list. Mr. Gill attributes his good fortune to the people he surrounds himself with and believes in having a strong network of individuals with whom he can be transparent and honest. Proud of the financial growth and the opportunities created within Pro-Vac, he emphasizes the importance of hydro excavation and environmental cleaning for safety and environmental concerns and looks forward to having Pro-Vac become recognized as a leader in the infrastructure services space while expanding into other parts of the U.S. and Canada.
