BNA is recognized as a leading supplier of convenient shelf-stable foods and military rations servicing the U.S. government and large consumer product goods companies. Leveraging over two decades of success in sales, Ms. Légaré previously worked for Lassonde, a Canadian-based food and beverage manufacturing company, beginning as a key account holder in 2005 and advancing to senior vice president of Canadian sales and senior vice president of U.S. sales. She also excelled as a territory manager for Easter Canada at Polaroid from 2004 to 2005 and as a sales and account representative at Kimberly-Clark between 2001 and 2004.

Highly educated in support of her career, Ms. Légaré received a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montreal and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University. Adding to her expertise, she is a member of the Food Executives Club of Vancouver. Her expertise in sales leadership, consumer trends, consumer packaged goods, and managing high-performance teams have been pivotal to her success. Consequently, Ms. Légaré earned numerous accolades throughout her tenure, including a Star Women Award from Canadian Grocer Magazine in 2018, being named Santa Cause Industry Leader by the Retail Council of Canada in 2018, being inducted into Santa Clause by the Food & Drug Executive and Retail Council of Canada in 2018, and receiving the Game Changer Award from Store Brands Magazine in 2022.

Attributing her success to her competitive nature and strong work ethic, Ms. Légaré’s most notable achievement beyond her accolades was during her tenure at Lassonde in Canada. As such, she was able to transform the Canadian sales team, which had initially ranked second-to-last in customer satisfaction according to the Advantage survey, by fostering a more customer-centric approach across the entire cross-functional team. This accomplishment stands out as her proudest moment. Looking to the future, Ms. Légaré aims to make a significant impact on her organization while mentoring the next generation, particularly young women, and creating a bright path for their futures.
