Mr. White is a distinguished self-leadership coach, facilitator, trainer and podcast host. In 2021, he co-founded Jordan White Coaching, where he focuses on helping clients gain clarity about their goals to achieve personal growth. His work focuses on helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential by maximizing their “A-Game” thinking, which involves recognizing and reducing limiting patterns that hinder performance.

As the host of the Practicing Peoples Podcast, Mr. White explores contemporary challenges and fosters meaningful connections. His expertise in communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, leadership and development has been instrumental in his career.

Additionally, since 2022, Mr. White has been a core faculty member at the Regional Institute for Health and Environmental Leadership (RIHEL) in Denver, where he trains new coaches and facilitates workshops on overcoming limiting patterns. Founded by the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, which oversaw the organization for over a decade, RIHEL specializes in providing leadership training, building connections among leaders and strengthening the relationships among health professionals, environmental professionals, the academic community and the public and private sectors.

Mr. White’s professional journey began at the Credit Union of Colorado, where he served as a lead member advocate from 2013 to 2016. In this role, he honed his customer service and team support skills. Mr. White was then promoted to contact center supervisor, where he played a vital role in helping others reach their career aspirations by dedicating time to his team and fostering an environment conducive to growth until 2021.

Mr. White’s academic background includes an Associate of Arts in general studies from Otero Junior College in 2009. Subsequently, he achieved a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing in 2012 and a Master of Arts in communication and leadership in 2021 from Park University. His education has provided him with a strong foundation for his coaching career. Mr. White also holds several leadership designations, including being a professional certified coach from the International Coaching Federation and a certified smart growth adviser from Disruption Advisors.

Beyond his primary endeavors, Mr. White’s dedication to professional development is further evidenced by his involvement with the Robert S. Hartman Institute and his board membership with the Colorado chapter of the International Coaching Federation. He has also contributed to civic-minded organizations, such as the Brother to Brother Program and Youth Leadership Students.

As a professional coach, Mr. White has worked with some of the most prominent corporations, institutions, health care facilities and nonprofits. He has provided his expertise to Nike, Google, the University of Colorado, the Children’s Hospital of Colorado, and the Los Angeles LGBT Center, among others.

Mr. White’s achievements have been recognized with several awards, such as being named one of the Top 15 Coaches in Denver by Influence Digest and one of the Top Leadership Coaches in America by the Coach Foundation in 2024. He attributes his success to curiosity, compassion and a heart that wants the best for others.

Mr. White remains committed to creating value through thought leadership programs and expanding the reach of his coaching and podcast to inspire younger generations. His future goals include shaping a better future by inspiring others through his work.
