Before launching PZI Group, Ms. McGee served as the global director of global mobility and international human resources at Doosan Infracore Construction Equipment from 2008 to 2013. She was also the manager of compensation and benefits for international mobility at Lafarge between 2005 and 2008. Ms. McGee’s career began with roles at KPMG LLP as a senior IES manager from 1999 to 2005 and at Arthur Anderson LLP as an executive services manager between 1992 and 1997.
Ms. McGee’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in accounting and business management from the University of Colorado, earned in 1991. Her education laid the foundation for her career achievements and professional credentials, including those of certified public accountant, global professional in human resources, certified leadership practitioner, senior certified professional and licensed interest broker, through various organizations. These designations have bolstered Ms. McGee’s ability to navigate complex human resource landscapes and drive organizational success.
Beyond her education, Ms. McGee’s commitment to professional excellence has been demonstrated by her involvement with industry-related organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Society for Human Resource Management. She also served as the president of the North Alabama International Trade Association from 2020 to 2021.
Ms. McGee’s dedication to community service is reflected in her roles on various boards and councils, including the Tennessee Relocation Council and the Women’s Economic Development Council. She has also become a published author with Forbes Books, notably releasing “The Leadership Attitude: Inspiring Success Through Authenticity and Passion” in 2024, which was recognized on Amazon’s bestseller list. Additionally, she hosts the “Leadership Attitude Podcast,” which began in 2025.
