From 2019 to 2024, Mr. Endres served as a director and global leader of solutions and product management for Sensormatic’s ShopperTrak brand. He marks this tenure as a major highlight of his career, as he was given the challenging task of reworking ShopperTrak into a product that would be better positioned for sales success. Mr. Endres helped craft a fresh narrative that was more compelling and easier to explain to customers. Further identifying opportunities for partnerships and to fill gaps in the brand’s portfolio, he completed the revival plan over the course of three years and was gratified to find it embraced by the company’s chief executive officer.
