Mr. Lyutik has established himself as a distinguished leader in program and project management, with a career spanning more than a decade across the information technology sector. His daily responsibilities include coaching his staff during team meetings, providing administrative updates, collaborating with finance, marketing and promotions departments, and ensuring that their products align with customer goals. He has been often celebrated for his results-driven approach and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, consistently transforming ideas into actionable strategies that help businesses scale.

Among Mr. Lyutik’s most significant achievements at AbbVie is the integration of a point-of-sale device with the company’s internal platform, a project completed in 2024. Prior to his tenure with AbbVie, Mr. Lyutik worked as a project manager and scrum master at Hulu, a streaming subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company, in 2020. Under his leadership, the team successfully delivered a product that allowed customers to stream television content and advertisements from both traditional set-top boxes and modern streaming applications—a milestone that stands as one of his proudest professional accomplishments.

Between 2013 and 2017, Mr. Lyutik served as project manager and scrum master at EcomAffluence. During this time, he honed his expertise in leading teams, coaching leadership, supporting decision-making processes and delivering innovative solutions for startups and mid-sized firms.
