Rosh Sreedharan, principal digital portfolio leader at Rockwell Automation, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements and leadership in technology.
Mr. Sreedharan has established himself as a leader in digital experience for devices, demonstrating expertise across multiple roles in the industrial automation sector. Since 2023, he has served as a principal digital portfolio leader at Rockwell Automation, where he has been instrumental in launching two major platforms. The first, introduced in 2024, generated approximately $80 million in revenue. Mr. Sreedharan’s most recent product, Point Max, replaced the existing end platform and now generates more than $250 million in revenue. Affiliated with Rockwell Automation for over 10 years, he is now based in Texas.
Before his current role, Mr. Sreedharan was a principal platform lead at Rockwell Automation in Singapore. In this capacity, he oversaw the development and integration of advanced digital solutions, further solidifying his reputation for innovation and technical acumen. Mr. Sreedharan excelled as a product manager at Rockwell Automation starting in 2015, later taking on the position of senior product manager. His earlier tenure as a commercial engineer in Singapore from 2011 to 2014 involved providing technical support and commercial guidance for automation projects across diverse industries.
Prior to joining Rockwell Automation, Mr. Sreedharan built a strong foundation at GE Automation and Controls (now Emerson Electric Company), beginning as a project engineer in Bengaluru, India, from 2000 to 2002. He advanced to project leader in 2003, solutions architect in Singapore in 2005, and finally to professional services manager from 2007 to 2011. Throughout these roles, Mr. Sreedharan demonstrated a commitment to delivering innovative automation solutions and leading multidisciplinary teams.
Mr. Sreedharan’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in instrumentation and electronics from the Rashtreeya Vidyalaya College of Engineering in Bengaluru, India, in 2001. He is presently pursuing a master’s degree in artificial intelligence at The Pennsylvania State University. These academic achievements have provided a strong technical foundation, supporting Mr. his professional growth and success.
In addition to his formal education, Mr. Sreedharan holds several certifications that underscore his commitment to continuous learning and professional development. He is recognized as an ISA-84 safety instrumented system (SIS) fundamentals specialist by the International Society of Automation. Mr. Sreedharan completed a postgraduate program in artificial intelligence and machine learning at The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, he is certified as a cloud practitioner through Amazon Web Services.
Mr. Sreedharan is an active member of industry organizations, including Open Platform Communications Unified Architecture, reflecting his dedication to staying at the forefront of technological advancements in his field. Beyond his professional pursuits, he is civically engaged through involvement with the Heartfull Foundation.
