From 2018 to 2022, Mr. Anderson excelled as the chief revenue officer at Optimizely, based in New York City. He held the same role at Spredfast in San Francisco between 2015 and 2018 and at Return Path in Sunnyvale, California, from 2013 to 2015.
Earlier, in 2013, Mr. Anderson served as the vice president of worldwide sales at Nuance Communications in Sunnyvale, California, where he managed global sales operations and led business development. Among other notable roles, he was a senior vice president of worldwide sales at VirtuOz (now Nuance), overseeing international sales teams and expanding the company’s reach from 2011 to 2013.
Mr. Anderson’s earlier tenure as the vice president of worldwide sales at Rainmaker Systems Inc. from 2006 to 2011 was also influential in solidifying his reputation as a results-driven leader adept at scaling organizations. Additionally, he worked with companies such as Encover Inc. (now Synnex Corporation), Rainmaker Systems Inc., and UniDirect (now Savior/Avnet Inc.), dating back to 1995, during which he developed foundational skills in sales management and client relations.
Beyond his executive roles, Mr. Anderson has contributed his expertise as a member of the board of directors for CircleSuite in San José, California, since 2013. He has also served as a board member for Inside Out Solutions LLC since 2015.
