In his present position as director of roofing operations at Alive Solar and Roofing since 2026, he oversees the installation of new roofs, manages commercial projects and coordinates residential roof replacements. Ensuring that all roofing projects are prepared for seamless integration with the company’s solar division, his responsibilities additionally include coordinating daily crew scheduling and job assignments, verifying order accuracy, managing team communications and daily check-ins, responding to customer emails and phone calls, meeting with customers on-site, collaborating with sales representatives and manufacturers, and sourcing competitive material pricing. Nearly every aspect of his position is sales-driven, allowing Mr. Fuller to operate with autonomy while aligning efforts with the company’s objectives.
Prior to his post with Alive Solar and Roofing, Mr. Fuller was active as the director of operations at Aquasoltech in 2026. During this period, he maintained a strong business relationship with Aquasoltech and continues to offer consultancy support due to their lack of an internal roofing division. From 2023 to 2026, he excelled as the director of operations at Christian Roofing Inc., where he simultaneously worked as estimator and project manager from 2023 to 2024. In these roles, Mr. Fuller managed project estimates and oversaw operational functions for both commercial and residential roofing projects.
From 2022 to 2023, Mr. Fuller served as sales manager at Solar Integrated Roofing Corp., where he further honed his expertise in sales management within the solar industry. Between 2014 and 2022, he was appointed as the general manager at Professional Roofing & Solar, overseeing daily operations and driving business growth through strategic leadership.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Fuller built a foundation in sales management across several organizations, including as a general manager at Hacienda Harley Davidson from 2010 to 2011, a finance manager at Powersports of Greenville from 2011 to 2012, and a sales manager at Mr Motorcycles from 2012 to 2014. At Hacienda Harley Davidson, he achieved a notable milestone by building the dealership’s finance and insurance department into an award-winning operation within a single year. Hired without a clearly defined role, Mr. Fuller identified untapped opportunities in financing and insurance sales; under his direction, both stores ranked in the top two in their district under Honda’s recognition program.
Mr. Fuller began his career as a finance manager at Fullers’ White Mountain Motors from 1992 to 1999 before being recruited as a sales manager at Hacienda Harley Davidson from 1999 to 2001. He subsequently refined his leadership skills as a general manager at Genesis Custom Cycles from 2001 to 2004, the vice president at Arizona Bike Week from 2004 to 2005, and the general manager at Pinetop Motors & Powersports from 2006 to 2009. Mr. Fuller also contributed as a sales manager for Show Low Motorsports between 2009 and 2010.
Mr. Fuller’s entry into the roofing industry was shaped by family influence after sixteen years in the Harley-Davidson motorcycle sector. Encouraged by his wife, who had supported him throughout his motorcycle career, he joined his father-in-law’s roofing business in San Diego after initially living in North Carolina. Despite having no prior experience in roofing, he quickly adapted; within three weeks of shadowing his father-in-law, he sold his first roof and soon surpassed expectations by outselling his mentor in the first year.
Throughout his career, Mr. Fuller has been celebrated for his achievements with honors such as Highest Sales Producer Recognition. A past member of the Alliance of Subcontractors Contractors Association, He is affiliated with industry organizations such as the California Solar & Storage Association (CALSSA) and the San Diego Roofing Contractors Association.
Mr. Fuller’s journey reflects not only professional versatility but also a dedication to continuous improvement, which serves as a testament to the value of adaptability, lifelong learning and authentic client engagement across every stage of his distinguished career. His educational background includes coursework in engineering at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona, which provided foundational analytical skills that have proven valuable throughout his multifaceted career.
Looking toward the future, Mr. Fuller aspires to establish his own roofing and solar business where he can implement innovative ideas accumulated over years of experience—particularly focusing on delivering genuine customer service that sets new standards within the industry. He credits much of his success to maintaining an open mind and being willing to admit mistakes while learning from them rather than becoming defensive or repeating errors.
