Theresa Lucille Lovato Blair, Records Manager, Electrical Contractor, Court Recorder and Sales Agent, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership.
Ms. Blair has been ahead of her times in many ways, from her academic degrees to working as an electrical contractor. In fact, receiving her electrical contracting license was one of the highlights of her career as she received it at a time when not many women did. In addition to this license, she earned Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Albuquerque in 1979 and a Master’s of Business Administration from Highlands University in 1982. She initially pursued her degrees after working as an office secretary at Sandia National Laboratories from 1964 to 1979. Upon earning her bachelor’s degree, she continued working for Sandia National Laboratories as a staff member ns Records Manager until 1987.
While continuing her work at Sandia National Laboratories, Ms. Blair began working as an owner, operator and electrical contractor with T. L Blair Electric in 1981. She maintains leveraging her skills and expertise in this venture to this day. She started that same year as a director’s representative for the employee contributor program. From 1988 to 1992, Ms. Blair utilized her experience as a court reporter. She has also been a sales agent for Southwest Airlines since 1993.
Outside of these endeavors, Ms. Blair is actively involved with fundraising and volunteering for the Ronald McDonald House. She has served as a volunteer for the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Senior Olympics. She has maintained professional affiliation with the Association of Records Managers and Administrators. Ms. Blair’s peers look up to her for her many years of dedicated services and for such accomplishments such as working full time while earning her undergraduate and graduate degrees.
