Inspired by his father, Mr. Bailey was always interested in the automotive industry. He began his career in 2006 as a technician at Valvoline, remaining there until 2013. In 2010, he earned an Associate of Arts in business, office automation, technology and data entry from Nashua Community College. Backed by his newfound credentials, Mr. Bailey became a technician at Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers in 2013. He remains in this role today, continuing to excel with every project he completes.
Reflecting on his accomplishments, Mr. Bailey attributes his persistent determination for his current professional success. Whenever he put his mind to something, he has achieved it, no matter how challenging the process. Likewise, he credits his supportive family, as he is sure that he would never have become so successful without their consistent encouragement. Looking towards the future, Mr. Bailey hopes to become involved in the electrical sector of his industry. When he is not working, he enjoys hiking, which is a direct result of his love for nature. He is excited to see what the future may hold, as he can easily adapt to the ever-changing environment and overcome any potential issues.
