Celebrating over 65 years of success as an Avon representative, Ms. Wheeler-Mains has dedicated her career to providing quality service to each customer she has interacted with. Her career with the multinational cosmetics company began by chance in 1956 while she was expecting her second child. Today, she is proud to represent the company through her knowledge of its products and services and has enjoyed the personal, lasting relationships that the job has allowed her to develop. Ms. Wheeler-Mains was responsible for direct sales of Avon products and was selected for inclusion in the Avon President’s Club.
Over the course of her career, Ms. Wheeler-Mains has found additional success as a writer for Athen’s “Writers Grooming Writers” publication and has maintained professional affiliation with the Athens Writers Association. Dedicated to her community, she has participated as the communications secretary, personal ministry member and pianist for her local Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Looking toward the future, she hopes to continue to enjoy quality time with her family and friends, including her nine great-grandchildren and her five great-great-grandchildren, singing, and playing piano for nursing homes and area music groups.
