Daryel Erickson, Missionary at Assemblies of God, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in faith-based drug rehabilitation.
Mr. Erickson, an international missionary, has worked in four different countries and visited a total of 50 countries for close to four decades. Since 2010, Mr. Erickson has provided superior service as training and curriculum developer for Global Teen Challenge, a network of Christian faith-based corporations intended to provide rehabilitation services to people struggling with addiction. The organization offers rehabilitation programs of a general duration of 12 months to help young people to get out of addictions of all kinds. After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in educational psychology from Bethany Bible College, Santa Cruz, California, Mr. Erickson followed with a Master of Arts in biblical literature, special education, and training from Assemblies of God Graduate School, Springfield, in 1993. He continued his education with a Doctor of Philosophy in education in the international context.
Mr. Erickson emphasizes that everything he has accomplished has been the result of the teamwork he and his wife have masterfully applied over the years, along with the support of people who came along the way. They have worked with people with grace in any capacity they were given, whether it entailed leadership roles or positions that required following others. He takes special pride in the mentoring work he has done for youth and has spent much of his time guiding college-level students and young men in drug rehabilitation programs.
