Following obtaining a Bachelor of Science in business management from Jacksonville University in Florida in 1996, Mr. Drudge found much success as a franchise development specialist with Meineke Car Care Centers Inc. from 2001 to 2003, regional vice president with Sign-A-Rama from 2003 to 2004, manager of new franchise development with Cox Target Media (Valpak) and Valpak Direct Marketing Systems, Inc. from 2005 to 2010, franchise development manager with Maaco Enterprises from 2010 to 2012, and vice president of franchise development with Advantaclean, Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists, LLC and United Water Restoration Group Inc., from 2012 to 2018. In 2007, Mr. Drudge acquired a designation as a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE).
In 2019, Mr. Drudge joined Grand Welcome, a premier management company based in Torrance, California offering fully-stocked vacation rentals in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho and Nevada, where he has excelled as vice president of franchise development. Attributing his success to the example of his father, a business executive and the first in his family to go to college, Mr. Drudge has always strove to work with the same tenacity and drive and to be as consistent in resources as his father has been.
As a career highlight, Mr. Drudge cites his attainment of his Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation awarded by the International Franchise Association, which took several years to obtain. In addition, working alongside franchise professionals has been the most rewarding aspect of his profession. In the coming years, he is hoping for the continued success and growth of his franchising opportunities with Grand Welcome.
