With more than 10 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Elsts currently excels as the co-founder and president of HandledNow LLC and the owner of HomeWorx Indy LLC. Prior to these positions, he served as an area operations manager for Employment Plus Transportation from 2012 to 2015. Mr. Elsts began his career with Tradewinds Logistics Inc., for which he worked as a logistics account executive, director of distribution, driver manager and flatbed fleet manager between 2009 and 2012.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Elsts pursued an education at Indiana Wesleyan University, from which he earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management in 2008. He concluded his studies at the aforementioned university in 2019, having graduated with a Master of Business Administration. Mr. Elsts was greatly influenced by his maternal grandfather, Richard Hinkley, who was a constant presence in his life.
In addition to his primary vocation, Mr. Elsts remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to his areas of expertise. Notably, his companies have maintained their memberships with Women in Trucking, as he is a major supporter of women empowerment causes following a class exercise at Indiana Wesleyan University encouraged him to discover organizations outside of his demographic. Mr. Elsts has also formerly contributed to Dress for Success.
Mr. Elsts attributes his success to his desire to positively impact others and help change their lives as well as achieve success. He was drawn to his career to his life for people and his respective businesses. Among the many highlights of his career, he is incredibly proud to make a difference in the lives of others by providing them with opportunities they might not find elsewhere. Looking toward the future, Mr. Elsts hopes to eventually establish a nonprofit organization to better help the less fortunate while dedicating his spare time to caring for his daughter.
