Andre D. Jaundoo, owner and senior change management consultant at AKRU Consulting Group, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executive for dedication, achievements, and leadership in business development.
After earning a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Florida M. University in 1997, Mr. Jaundoo joined TEKsystems as a Senior Technical Recruiter. He subsequently became a Recruiting Manager and an Organizational Change Manager for Btek Group, where he developed budgets for upcoming projects and helped to implement RecruitMax, a new recruiting tool. Throughout his career, Mr. Jaundoo gained valuable expertise in change management with such institutions as Waste Management Services, Halliburton, CBRE, ConocoPhillips Cisco Systems, Exterran, USAA, Chevron Corporation, and the AKRU Consulting Group, through which he worked with Chevron as a client.
Between 2011 and 2017, Mr. Jaundoo served as a business partner with Tots Sports in parallel to working at AKRU Consulting Group. Drawing on years of professional expertise, he presently excels as a Senior Change Management Consultant and a SAFe 5.0 Program consultant for AKRU Consulting Group, where he continues his work with Chevron. With more than 20 years of experience in change management within the oil and energy sector to his credit, he provides quality, reliable and cost-effective information technology services and solutions and oversees multimillion-dollar projects.
An expert in his field, Mr. Jaundoo holds an MBA from West Texas A&M University. Likewise, he received a PROSCI certification and became certified as a SAFe 5 Agilist, a SAFe® 5 program consultant, a SAFe® 4 program consultant, and a SAFe® 4 Agilist through Scaled Agile Inc. Driven to remain aware of changes in the field; he aligns himself with several organizations, including the ACMP (Association of Change Management Professionals).
Though his career he has been filled with standout moments, Mr. Jaundoo is proud to have started a family while attending school and joining the workforce in 1996. He was also gratified to earn his Master’s Degree in 2017 while working full-time and raising a family. Looking toward the future, Mr. Jaundoo aims to achieve recognition as a leader in creating and implementing fit and change management methodologies.
