Since 2022, Mr. Dillard has found success as an enrollment counselor with Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this position, he recruits students for their degree programs and counsels them to help them achieve their academic and career goals. With expertise in leadership, mentoring, management, outreach, business, marketing, and ministry, Mr. Dillard is also a pastor and ordained minister. In preparation for his career pursuits, he attended Harper College and completed coursework in business and marketing. He later graduated, cum laude, from Colorado State University (CSU) Global with a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in applied social sciences in 2020. For his accomplishments in ministry, he was awarded an honorary Doctor of Divinity from the Universal Life Church in 2021.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Dillard was a director of enrollment for Altierus Career College and worked for CSU Global as an enrollment manager and senior enrollment counselor. From 2009 to 2011, he was director of admissions at Jones International University, and from 2007 to 2009, he was director of admissions at the International Academy of Design & Technology. Mr. Dillard garnered further experience as the director of admissions for the American InterContinental University. He has maintained affiliation with the International Christian Coaching Institute and holds numerous professional certifications, including a certificate in Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues from Lynda.com which he earned in 2018. Among his accomplishments, Mr. Dillard is proudest of mentoring and inspiring others through his work as both an admissions administrator and pastor. In the coming years, he hopes to serve as a board director for an educational organization and become head pastor at his church.
