Thaddeus Bullard, also known as WWE Superstar Titus O’Neil, a Global Ambassador and Professional Wrestler with World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. as well as a Board Member for the Florida State Fair Authority, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in entertainment, professional wrestling and community engagement.

Since 2009, Mr. Bullard has excelled as a professional wrestler performing under the name of Titus O’Neil for World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. (WWE), where he has found further success as a global ambassador in recent years. In these positions, he has showcased his athletic talent, colorful personality and unwavering determination to millions of WWE’s fans across their notable televised programs, including “WWE NXT,” “WWE Smackdown!” and “WWE Raw,” as well as a number of their premium live events, including “WWE Summerslam,” “WWE Royal Rumble” and their flagship event, “WWE Wrestlemania.” As a result of his in-ring performances, Mr. Bullard has earned both the WWE Tag Team Championship and the WWE 24/7 Championship and has been involved in several of the promotion’s most memorable moments, including co-hosting “WWE Wrestlemania” alongside Hulk Hogan in 2021, which was the company’s first show in front of a live audience in over a year.

As a global ambassador for WWE, Mr. Bullard has cemented himself among the most philanthropic and community-minded superstars in the history of the organization. Beyond his steadfast involvement with the Boys & Girls Club of America and Susan G. Komen for the Cure, he founded the Bullard Family Foundation, a nonprofit organization committed to providing families and children with the necessary programs and resources to help build character while developing stronger relationships within their communities. Inspired by the difficult circumstances of his own youth, Mr. Bullard continues to serve the youth of Tampa, Florida as a role model and leader, having implemented various programs that concentrate on community, mentorship, technology, the arts, and sports.

Alongside his primary responsibilities with WWE, Mr. Bullard has worked for the Florida State Fair Authority as a board member since 2022. In this capacity, he is tasked with ensuring that the Florida State Fair’s properties are safe and well-maintained. Mr. Bullard additionally authored the book “There’s No Such Thing as a Bad Kid: How I Went from Stereotype to Prototype” in 2019, which details the hard work to turn his life around and set himself on the path to stardom within the sports entertainment industry.

Prior to his professional endeavors, Mr. Bullard pursued an education at the University of Florida, from which he obtained an undergraduate degree in 2000. While studying at this institution, he garnered much attention as a student athlete with the Florida Gators, refining his athletic talent and physical conditioning, which later aided his efforts in arena football and professional wrestling. In 2000, Mr. Bullard likewise contributed to the aforementioned university as the student body vice president.

Attributing his success to his faith in God, Mr. Bullard has been celebrated with multiple Goodwill Gator Awards, the 2015 MEGA Dad Award for Celebrity Dad of the Year and recognition as a finalist for the ESPN Muhammad Ali Sports Humanitarian Award. In 2021, he was proudly inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as the recipient of the 2020 Warrior Award as a testament to his perseverance, courage and compassion in his personal and professional lives. In addition, the Thaddeus M. Bullard Academy at Slight Middle Magnet School was named in his honor. Among his numerous career accomplishments, Mr. Bullard is nonetheless proudest of being a father to his two wonderful sons.
