Title: Founder, President
Company: Cheng’s Martial Arts School
Location: West Chester, Pennsylvania, United States

Paul Cheng, Founder and President of Cheng’s Martial Arts School, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in martial arts education.

As the founder and president of Cheng’s Martial Arts School, Mr. Cheng welcomes students of all ages, experience levels and abilities. The school works with the community to provide opportunities and work with children to enforce good behavior. In his current position, Mr. Cheng manages the business, organizes classes, solves problems, mentors children and students, and teaches classes.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Cheng worked as a truck driver. He holds a high school diploma and traffic tow license, and completed some college coursework. Alongside his professional endeavors, he has served on the board of Rotary International, the advisory board of the William Penn School District and the arts and education board of the Upper Darby Arts & Education Foundation. Mr. Cheng previously served as president of the Philadelphia Historic Martial Arts Society Hall of Fame and the Universal Systems of Martial Arts.

Mr. Cheng is a longtime martial arts hobbyist. While working as a tractor-trailer truck driver, he suffered an injury and was told by his doctor he could no longer drive and had to find a different career path. He used martial arts to rehabilitate his physical health and built that passion into a business.

Mr. Cheng uses his position as the president of Cheng’s Martial Arts School to work with the community, including helping individuals with special needs and partnering with nonprofit organizations. He teaches the children at his school how to give back to their community. In the coming years, Mr. Cheng hopes to find a successor who can take over running the school.
